Life changing for me, quite literally! l've been attending here for about 2 years now, every four weeks and I've never looked back! Fiona has been the kindest, most professional and caring physio that Į have ever met. She takes the time to listen, and helps you through the pain, encouraging every step of the way! Barely able to walk, and with the aid of a walking stick, is where my journey began. Now, 2 years on, l'm back to walking every day without it. Back to college. Back to life! stephen gammell31/03/2025West Limerick Physiotherapy have helped me so much over the years with sport and work related injuries. They have always accommodated me even with short notice. I have never being disappointed with the result of the Physiotherapy and I never hesitate to return if an injury occurs. Also they have sent videos of excises to ensure speedy recovery. Ethel Gardiner28/03/2025I was recommended Fiona in West Limerick Physio by a friend as I was experiencing excruciating lower back pain which was affecting every aspect of my life. Fiona has a lovely friendly manner and made me very at ease. She was extremely thorough and took a full history before any physical examination, her knowledge is endless and she has a huge insight into women’s health. I was really struggling with back pain but after a few sessions of physio my pain has improved and she has put together a tailored plan for me that she modifies regularly to match my progress. Marie Hogan27/03/2025Fiona has been treating me for back ache for the last few months. As an oldie I was a bit nervous but Fiona was very reassuring. She seems to love her work and is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Her videos of the exercises are very helpful for my new daily routine. She has also given me great advice on ways to improve my health. The practice has a lovely friendly atmosphere and is always a pleasure to visit.
